Cabin 13 – The Church Cabin

Remodeled from a portion of a local church, this cabin has with lots of windows and two exits.  Great kitchen!  Very popular with couples and small families.  Women LOVE this cabin.  They often say, "it's exactly what a cabin should look like!"  681 square feet.

  • King bed in bedroom down
  • Full bed (new in 2022) in loft bedroom above (hand made staircase with diamond-willow railing)
  • Sofa-bed (queen pull-out) in living room
  • A/C unit in living room (ceiling fan, + 2 additional fans kept in cabin)
  • Wrap around curved deck with ramp
  • Campfire ring in back (shared typically with cabin #8)
  • Not lakefront, but you can see lake and it ain't far (300 feet from shoreline)
  • Lots of parking (3 spaces directly behind cabin)
  • On-site forest trails directly behind cabin (approx. 10 acre trail system)
  • Rates are for 1-4, up to 6 persons with additional charge.
  • Weekly rate is 7 days/six nights, 6th night is FREE

Cabin Inventory

All 19 cabins have . . .

  • bed linens (sheets, blankets, pillows)
  • BBQ charcoal grill (bring charcoal!)
  • deck, picnic table and at least two deck chairs
  • a fully equipped kitchen with

    • auto-drip coffee maker with filters

    • electric mixer
    • crock pot
    • electric griddle (not all cabins have one, ask in lodge if not)
    • baking dishes (cake pans, measuring cups/spoons, cookie sheets, muffin tins)
    •  mixing bowls (at least 6)
    •  colander/strainer
    •  pots (variety of at least 5, plus a big pot)
    • skillets (4)
    • casserole dishes (several sizes)
    • Plates/bowls - enough for twice # of base rate peeps per cabin
    • wine glasses
    • mugs & glasses (2+ beverage pitchers)
    • flatware (incl. steak knives, spatulas, peeler, corkscrew, masher, tongs, can opener, bottle opener, pizza cutter, whisk, scoop, ladle, grater, scissors, cutting knives)
    • cutting boards
    • salt & pepper
    • toothpicks
    • dish soap (organic Sal Suds) & scrubbie/sponge

BRING KITCHEN TOWELS!

If you need an extra big pot or odd cake style pans, or extra anything, just ask at the lodge.

All cabins are non-smoking (ashtrays directly outside on deck)

All cabins come with one dock space for your own boat (we have boats for rent, too!)
